This is a great video on the importance of sleep for high performing athletes! in just over 3 minutes neuroscientist Professor Matthew Walker, author of the international bestseller Why We Sleep, explains why superstars like Roger Federer and Lebron James consistently aim for 10-12 hours of sleep each day.
Amazingly the research even shows that less sleep directly relates to an increased injury risk.
